Monthly rental is £338 – six months minimum (i.e. £78.00 per week)

Maintenance of garden & car park
Maintenance of communal stairways

Additional costs
Gas, electricity, water, telephone, council tax & TV licence.
(All paid directly by tenant)

Please note
1. Agreements are normally for a minimum of 6 months.
2. Once the initial six months has expired the tenancy continues on a month by month basis.
3. A minimum of one months notice is required, otherwise one months rent will be charged in lieu of notice.
4. The rent is to be paid monthly in advance, usually by Direct Debit. An invoice will be issued.
5. A deposit of £338 is payable in advance. This deposit is lodged with 'The Deposit Protection Service' and is returned after the end of the letting period, less a deduction for any outstanding claims and less a £50 cleaning fee.
6.* The insuring of any personal belongings is the responsibility of the occupant.
7. Pets are not allowed.
