The deposit is £100 per student, which is lodged with 'The Deposit Protection Service'.
The rental is £38 per week (per student) for a period of ten months.

This rental is paid by seven post dated cheques -

One cheque when moving in, plus three further cheques in the period before Christmas.
Three cheques between Christmas & Easter
No payment after Easter
(i.e Total amount payable (exc. deposit) - £1,560 - First cheque of £390 + six subsequent cheques of £195)
